Role Description
This is a hybrid contract role as a Virtual CFO, located in New Delhi but with flexibility for some remote work. The Virtual CFO will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations including financial planning, financial statements, finance, analytical skills, and financial allocation / reporting. The Virtual CFO will work closely with the executive team to develop strategic financial plans for the company.
Qualifications
- Strong financial planning and financial reporting skills
- Proficient in financial statements and finance
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience in the healthcare or fintech industries is a plus
- M&A deal closing experience
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include experience with mergers and acquisitions, knowledge of tax laws and regulations, and experience with financial data analysis tools.
