Role & Responsibilities:
Defining Backup, Restoration & Archival policies for AMI, Immutable, Databases Establishing process and procedures for the Backup, Restoration and Archival of AMI, Immutable, Databases Ensuring successful backup on agreed frequency and restorations are done as per calendar Ensuring 100% data is secured for Axtria and Axtria clients Daily / Weekly / Monthly backup monitoring Reporting of backup success as per agreed process Performing Restoration as per the agreed process and adhoc restoration based on tickets Enable backup for new server workloads as per the process Offboarding server workloads from backup infrastructure during decommissioning Supporting BCP / DR tests scenarios Continuously enhancing knowledge and skills to remains abreast of the industry trends and updates on information security issues and data privacy topics Excellent communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to understand and communicate technical and as well as compliance requirements Strong documentation skills in writing process documents, guidelines, checklists etc. Skill Set required: Hands-on experience on AWS , Azure backups and restorations In-Depth knowledge of backup of onprem and network/security devices (Firewall, Switches) Scripting knowledge on PowerShell, Python Qualification:- BE / BTech AWS / Azure certified Required Experience: 8-9 years of experience in managing Backup and restoration of CloudJob tags
