Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Architect role located in New Delhi. As an architect, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the construction of buildings, ranging from small-scale projects to large developments.

Qualifications

• Architecture skills, including experience in architectural design and construction
• Software development and integration skills, including proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, and 3D rendering software
• Project management skills, including experience in managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget

In addition, the following skills and qualifications would be beneficial:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Experience in designing projects of varied scale, nature & budget including Private Residences, Apartments, Office Spaces, Healthcare Projects, etc spread across the country
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
