Job Title - HR Generalist Location- Ambala Cantt, Haryana Experience- 4-5+ years
Wellness Extract is looking for an HR Generalist specializing in IT Recruitment. Roles and Responsibilities: Managed recruitment process with expertise in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent in technical roles and specialized in IT recruitment. Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, regular feedback sessions, and performance appraisals, employee engagement, addressing employee concerns, grievances. Assess training needs within the organization and collaborate with Management. Labor laws and regulations HR policies and compliance, implementation and optimization of HRIS, Payroll Management, Documentation Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and other employee perks. Qualifications and skills: Bachelor's degree in human resources or other relevant fields. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Knowledge of Shopify, c++, Java, node JS, python, etc. specialized hiring. Reliable and swift decision-making skills. A Strong understanding of computer software, such as word processors and applicant tracking software (ATS).
