Engineer Sales, VC&A .

Major responsibilities include :
- To build and maintain an active network of strong working relationships in Neles (Part of Valmet) and customers. Meeting with existing potential customers, Channel partners to ascertain equipment, supplies, and service needs.
- To establish a full understanding of customers', Channel partners requirements related to all levels and to ensure that Neles (Part of Valmet) is regarded as a preferred provider to accounts.
- To Interact with the customers with effective communication skills, understanding their requirements and providing appropriate solution for Pneumatic or power cylinders.
- To support customer, preparation & submission of techno commercial offer with the help of Application engineers within the time limit to get the major business for customers
- To demonstrate knowledge about the implications of legal conditions within own work area. To show understanding of customer/supplier contracts alignment of Neles (part of Valmet) products and service solution design and delivery standards.
- To demonstrate a high level of HSE mindset and knowledge about HSE procedures and practices, applying this knowledge as a part of daily work routine
- To demonstrate effective negotiation skills to gain support and agreement from others for a specific course of action or outcome.
- Plans and implements sales and service programs to promote VCA Pneumatic cylinder range to improve competitive position in the area and provide fast and efficient customer service.
- Resolves customer complaints regarding equipment, supplies, and services.
- Provides sales reports, customer visit reports, sales forecasting for assigned customer base and sets performance goals
- Understand the Sales proves from inquiry to closure for the same
