Role Description- HR Manager: F&B/ Cloud Kitchens We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role. Key responsibilities are : Recruiting (From Job posting to Closure of candidate) & Employee Lifecycle Management Responsibilities Put up job postings and screen resumes based on the brief Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department) Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days) Review and distribute company policies Requirements: Someone super tech savy & Someone with Prior F&B Experience Experience as an HR role (3-5 years) Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases and Job portals Experience with MS Office Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting Basic knowledge of labor legislation Organizational skills BSC in Human Resources Management or similar field 5 days work from office 10-7, Saturday WFHJob tags
