Job description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Drawing up legal documents, such as, contracts, agreements, MOUs, Letter of Intent
and deeds.
o Researching and gathering case laws and materials for concept notes and
guidelines.
o Dealing with disputes.
o Giving general advice and explaining laws and regulations.
o Maintaining time sheets for renewal of contracts and agreements.
o Handling litigation in trial courts.
o Interpreting and preparing notes on corporate laws and financial regulations.
o Building and providing legal opinion to various departments.
o Dealing with partners and other stake holders.
o Supporting the organisation with ideas and business avenues with interpretation of laws.
o representing the organisation before law enforcement authorities and regulatory
authorities.
