We are a team that designs profiles in a logical manner so targeted groups of employees receive automated access using a tool designed and maintained by the Global Identity Access Management team. As the Role Based Access Control (RBAC) team we design these automated proposals for the different lines of business across the Corporate & Investment Bank area, based on each business’ needs in accordance with regulatory requirements. Located in India - Mumbai, this position will be accountable to manage the Role Based Access Control (RBAC) process and require collaboration across locations and multiple lines of business to execute deliverables. The candidate must demonstrate highly effective communication and relationship building with all organizational levels.
As an RBAC Program Manager in the Global Identity Access Management team, you will be responsible for managing the Role Based Access Control (RBAC) process, collaborating across locations and multiple lines of business to execute deliverables. You will have the opportunity to promote efficiencies across processes, design and implement access roles, and lead project engagements to deliver access controls that meet the requirements of the business area. This role provides a unique opportunity to enhance your skills in process management, data analysis, and stakeholder management, while contributing to the security and efficiency of our business operations.
Job responsibilities:
- Managing day to day operations across three regions to cover global CIB users
- Manage staffing, team performance and employee experience.
- Develop career of the team members which includes identifying and executing mobility and coaching opportunities
- Maintaining expected quality and controls including overall process documentations
- Drive efficiencies across processes to ensure year on year productivity growth
- Work with various line of businesses within CIB to understand their access requirement as per the jobs they perform.
- Design and implement access roles for business users across all our key business segments in partnership with key business, technology and controls partners
- Develop detailed understanding of the business areas in order to design access aligned with their operating models
- Analyze data as a driver for the decision making, design, and implementation of controls; drive results based on facts or analysis
- Partner with controls, operations, technology and third party stakeholders to define the access standard requirements for JPM user access to enterprise information assets
- Lead project engagements with our businesses to deliver access controls that meet the requirements of the business area
- Maintaining live data to ensure the roles are valid and identify opportunities to enhance metadata associated with the entitlements including better business descriptions
- Improve current processes by identifying trends, ineffective procedures and perform root cause analysis to enhance efficiency of the operational aspects of the program. Strengthen controls by identifying gaps
- Communicative effectively with senior stakeholders and other control functions to share knowledge
- Build strong relationships, with good listening and influencing skills
- Experience in handling multiple stakeholders across various functions
- Enforce a dynamic control/compliance environment and continually mitigate risk in business processes
- Proficiency in process migration, documentation and implementation
- Develop and implement meaningful performance metrics
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- A self-starter who consistently strives for excellence in both people and process management
- Ability to lead projects and experienced in presenting a proposal or solution
- Strong sense of client service and responsiveness coupled with judgment to show urgency when immediate follow up/ escalation is required.
- Analytical thinking – ability to understand data requirement, analyze and suggest solutions
- Strategic thinking and experience with problem solving & implementation of new ideas
- Excellent communication (written, verbal, presentation) and ability to influence stakeholders
- Require experience with handling a process with onshore – offshore model
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Understanding of various Robotics Process Automation tools to suggest ideas and work with implementation teams.
- Experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Information Security, or Cybersecurity is preferred
- Experience with Roles or Attribute based Access Controls (RBAC/ABAC) is preferred
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, be a self-starter, prioritize and manage a demanding workload
- Working knowledge of SharePoint , Confluence and JIRA is preferred.
- VBA Macro, Alteryx , Python skills will be an added advantage but not essential.
- Individual will work predominantly in UK shift, flexibility with shifts is desirable
