Malbork Technologies Pvt ltd is an app based all electric-vehicle B2C taxi aggregator service operating in Bangalore. Our vision is to help reduce harmful greenhouse gases that are majorly released by generating electricity and running fossil fuel burning vehicles. We want to attempt to reverse the impact of both by powering our offices and cars with sustainable power coming from the solar farm of our energy supplier, making us fully green as an organization. Our app is called Envi is available on Android and iOS. We have been operating in Bangalore since October 2020 with our small fleet and are looking to expand within and outside Bangalore. We are looking for Operations Executives to manage day-to-day B2C taxi service operations with prior experience in managing a medium size fleet. Key responsibilities: 1. Tracking vehicles 2. Getting real time information on operation 3. Updating daily ops report in shifts 4. Handling drivers calls 5. Managing documentations of cars, drivers & office related documents 6. Assigning cars to drivers 7. Fallow up on vehicles gone for service 8. Ensure driver documentation is verified, collected and maintained & etc 9. Interacting with drivers and keep consistence towards operations 10. Handing over and taking over and updating ops leads Secondary responsibilities: 1. Support leadership team in driver hiring 2. Take handover of cars from the business development team 3. Ensure driver training and preparedness for operations 4. Background physical verification of driver 5. Assigning cars to drivers Must have qualification: 1. Minimum 2+ years’ experience in end-to-end fleet management 2. Preferred knowledge of working on computers; especially, responding to emails, working on excel, word and power point 3. Aptitude to learn and improve 4. Be ready to take up accountability of driver operations delivery Desired: 1. Education: Graduate or 12th completed 2. Worked in MNC transport operations 3. Lead by example and influence without authority 4. Coordinated with senior personnel of organizationsJob tags
