About The Role Rippling's PEO team owns a range of products that enable our clients to outsource their Benefits and HR functions to Rippling. These include our rapidly growing PEO (Professional Employer Organization) and Managed HR Services (ASO) offerings. As the Product Lead you will have three primary goals: 1) eliminate the complexity and administrative burden of running HR for our ASO clients, 2) leverage our scale and technology to lower healthcare costs while improving the quality of care and ease of access for our PEO employees and their families, 3) evaluate the market for new products and packages that continue to expand the addressable market of our offering.
