Role Overview: Join our team of Business Development Manager / Deputy Manager and be instrumental in driving growth through strategic business development processes. The role involves building and nurturing relationships with U.S. clients, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Develop trusted relationships with U.S. clients, including State, Federal, and/or large private companies. Analyze market trends and align them with the company's strategies to identify business opportunities. Expand relationships with existing customers and identify growth opportunities. Identify, screen, and develop new business opportunities, including sourcing new clients. Generate leads, reach decision-makers, and select deals aligned with organizational strategies. Implement outbound sales and business development strategies and best practices. Maintain a competitive mindset, contributing to the company's growth. Demonstrate attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective follow-up abilities. Cultivate new business partnerships, support community outreach, and achieve sales objectives.
