Responsibilities:

As a SAP Specialist at Jasroop Essentials, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

1. Check and process incoming orders from stockists, including printing and organizing necessary documentation.
2. Efficiently feed order data into Excel for record-keeping and analysis.
3. Post orders accurately in SAP software, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
4. Generate packing slips and oversee the packing process in collaboration with the warehouse team.
5. Print and organize invoices for dispatched orders.
6. Create and manage E-waybills for shipments exceeding 50000/- prior to dispatch.
7. Post dispatch, enter LR (Lorry Receipt) details into the SAP system for accurate record-keeping.
8. Process payments in SAP on the due date and deposit stockist cheques in the bank.
9. Handle non-saleable and saleable Credit Note (CN) transactions in SAP.
10. Address stockist queries promptly, both over the phone and through email.
11. Respond to and resolve any queries from the Head Office, both telephonically and via email.
12. Maintain daily records meticulously to ensure audit readiness.
13. Post received stock entries in SAP after verification by Godwen Incharge.
14. Collaborate with other warehouses and CFAs to process purchase entries accurately.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• More than 3 years of experience with Excel and SAP.
• Strong proficiency in system operations.
