Job description
We are hiring for a Data Engineer within our consulting brand, Vertex Agility which is primarily focused on providing Hybrid support to our top-tier customers in the Data Engineering space across EUROPE, INDIA, and the USA.
As a Data Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining our data infrastructure. You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the success of our data-driven initiatives. Responsibilities We’re looking for someone with 5-7 years of experience as a Data Engineer, who possesses the following skills and expertise: Pyspark: You should be proficient in Pyspark, using it to process and analyze large datasets efficiently. Advanced SQL: Your SQL skills should go beyond the basics. Complex queries and optimizations should be second nature to you. Snowflake: Experience with Snowflake, a cloud-based data warehousing platform, is essential. Spark and Glue: Familiarity with Apache Spark and AWS Glue for ETL processes. AWS Expertise: While AWS is our primary cloud platform, experience with Azure or Google Cloud will also be considered. Knowledge of services like Lambda, Glue, and S3 is crucial.
