Human Resources Executive

This is an internship role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and developing and implementing HR policies. This is an on-site role located in Bhopal.

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) knowledge
• Experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Ability to create and implement HR policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience with HR software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Professional certification, such as a PHR or SPHR, is a plus
