Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with communication, market research, sales, marketing strategy, and customer service. They will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop campaigns and strategies that support the company's goals and objectives. They will also be responsible for conducting market research to identify trends and insights that the sales and marketing teams can use to their advantage.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in market research and data analysis
• Ability to work on marketing strategies and campaigns
• Experience in handling 360 degree marketing (ATL, BTL & Digital Activities)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
