Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai. We are currently seeking a Production Support Engineer L2 to join our team. The Production Support Engineer L2 will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues and incidents. The ideal candidate should have experience in diagnosing complex problems, providing solutions, and possess good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a Production Support role in Banking or Payments
• Experience in Unix/Linux environment
• Experience in SQL, API (postman) and Messaging (Kafka)
• Experience in troubleshooting Java & Python applications using Logs & Metrics (Prometheus & Grafana)
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, ability to troubleshoot complex issues quickly and effectively
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience with supporting highly available, mission-critical systems
