Job description
Roles and Responsibilities :
Runs the entire team with given floor target numbers.
Should handle the floor support emails received from internal teams & other departments.
Maintains the complete database of the resources.
On a daily basis should coordinate with Team Leaders, Managers & publishes the resource availability & the Target Vs Achieved numbers in Common Group.
Should be able to handle the queries raised by the users.
Will be coordinating with Sales Teams for the Leads shuffling & transferring withing teams.
Also will be coordinating with Application Support team for any Issues raised by the users and need to understand the complete work flow of the software/applications used by the team. During Campaign/ Launch, will coordinating with MIS Teams for the CG Products Pricing & sales list updation same will be updated the required tools Desired Candidate Profile Must have Good Verbal & Written Communication Skills.
Male & Female candidates are accepted. Minimum of a year experience being SME. Flexible enough to work in late evening shifts.
Willing to work during weekends.
Any graduates/10th or 12th completed are preferred
