Post/Job Title : Research Associate
Job Purpose
Prof. Surendra Babu Talluri, OB&HRM Area is looking to hire a research associate to support multiple research projects related to organizational behavior and human resource management topics. The position is ideal for those looking to gain research experience in the OBHRM field and are seriously interested in pursuing a Ph.D. in OBHRM.
This Research Associate will be fully integrated into the vibrant research community at IIMB. He/she can interact with IIMB PhD students, faculty, pre-docs fellows, and academic associates. Mentorship and support would be provided to the RA through the process of preparing for and applying to PhD programs.
Job Type & Duration : Will be hired under Project Code.

Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Key Skill and Ability Requirements
· Able to perform statistical data analyses and familiarity with at least one of the statistical tools (e.g., SPSS, AMOS, or R Package).
· Able to conduct the surveys and monitor the data collection process.
Qualification and Personal Profile
· Candidate should have a master's in psychology/management/social sciences from a reputed institution.
· Prior research experience is desirable.
