Job description
To manage the process aspects of the ADC program by enabling scale-up in collaboration with IPDO/CTO/FTO scientists, help operationalize the ADC process lab/manufacturing and help guide the approval of the ADC Bio-similars program. To enhance process development in Biologics through the adoption of novel technologies both organically and inorganically.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education QualificationsPh.D. in Biology, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biochemical Engineering or other related disciplines of engineering or life sciences.
ExperiencePh.D. with 10+ Years of relevant industrial experience.
Business Understanding Exhibits good understanding of business and industry related to work area.
In-depth understanding of Biotechnology Processes at both the development and operations stages.
Able to communicate business strategy to regulators by appropriate means as needed
