Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Develop compelling and interactive online training content using Articulate's suite of tools, including Rise 360 and Storyline 360.
2. Course Design: Design course structure, flow, and navigation to ensure optimal learner engagement and comprehension.
3. Media Integration: Incorporate multimedia elements, such as videos, images, and interactive assessments, to enhance course interactivity and effectiveness.
4. Template Utilization: Utilize prebuilt templates and course assets to streamline content creation processes and maintain consistency across courses.
5. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure content accuracy, functionality, and adherence to organizational standards.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to gather content requirements and feedback for course refinement.
7. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-learning to enhance course design and delivery methodologies.
8. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of course design processes, content updates, and version control to facilitate seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
9. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on utilizing Articulate's tools effectively for content creation and delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing e-learning content using authoring tools such as Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline 360.
• Strong proficiency in multimedia content creation, including graphics design, audio/video editing, and interactive media development.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, learner-centric training solutions.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in instructional design, adult learning theory, and accessibility requirements.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and SCORM compliance is a plus.
