About Team

The role is a part of the Fintech team. This team is a business team responsible for managing

the payments and banking charter in Myntra. Further, this is one of the most important

functions for Myntra& growth for future success.

This team is responsible for Managing the Myntra PBO (Payment & Banking offers) to drive

strong user-centric offers and create a strong revenue line for Myntra.

Further this role gonna be very strategic and dynamic where we keep close track of Indian

fintech space to drive value propositions that are the best in the industry and deliver the best

consumer offers in a highly competitive market.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies for consumer-centric banking and payment offerings

that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

  • Identify, negotiate, and maintain relationships with leading banks, payment processors,

wallets, and other financial service providers to ensure competitive banking and

payment offers/solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams(finance, legal, Marketing, events and

product)to conceptualize, design, and implement new banking and payment features to

drive business growth and synergy across the organization.

  • Work on defined AOP for PBO business, maintain and track the monthly spends with

optimizing the cost to drive the better ROIs by closing working with internal biz fin

teams and external partners (Banks, networks, wallets, etc)

  • campaign/event management skills with a strong understanding of pre & post campaign

(Recons, billing, and collections) also developing banking/payment campaign visibility &

promotion with the internal marketing team and external partner's channels

  • Analyze customer data, and stay informed about the market trends to identify

opportunities for new payment partnerships and offerings.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field;

MBA or equivalent preferred.

  • Proven experience in banking/payments alliances or fintech space with relative

experience of 5-8 years

  • Strong understanding of payment partnership eco-systems, regulatory requirements,

and industry best practices.

  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make

data-driven decisions.

  • Strong communication skills with attention to detail and commitment to quality and

compliance.
