Role Description This is a full-time remote role as a Technical Recruiter for US Staffing - Direct Client - W2 environment. The role primarily involves sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for technical positions within Smart Gauge Staffing's clients' organizations. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, create job postings, identify and screen candidates, and evaluate candidates based on experience, qualifications, and fit. You will also manage the hiring process, maintain candidate and client relationships, and ensure seamless on boarding. Qualifications: Must have experience on W2 Must have expertise in finding local candidates. Must have experience submitting GC / Citizen candidates. Must have experience dealing with Direct /VMS based clients Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 1 year of experience in technical recruiting, including a thorough understanding of the US Staffing industry Experience sourcing and evaluating candidates with expertise in key technical skills such as Java, Python, .NET, Cloud, Big Data, or DevOps Experience in Jobdiva and Linkedin RecruiterJob tags
