Job description

You’ll help us identify and source the best facilitators and instructors, develop learning and performance improvement solutions across traditional and virtual classroom environments, and consult with other areas of the organization to ensure our learning programs and initiatives support the larger organizational objective and goal.

What You Will Enjoy In This Role? As an L&OD Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our learning and development activities and in acting as an advisor and partner to our business teams. Work closely with the Vice President - People Success Team and leaders across Perfios in executing the Leadership and Managerial development agenda.

What You Will Do? Lead the L&OD execution arm - Perfios University Design/curate curriculum for professional development modules Partner on needs and agenda setting with senior stakeholders to drive the learning journey under the 4 pillars (Domain, Functional, Technical, Behavioural) Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities Drive learner experience, innovation, and advancement of our L&D function Own the Learning Platforms and LMS

Qualifications and Competencies Proven experience of 12+ years as a Learning practitioner with facilitation accountabilities Good exposure to coaching practices – Individual and Group. Successful independently designed and executed manager development initiatives/organisation development mandate initiatives. Understanding of manager assessments and competencies frameworks. Managed annual budgets of 2cr+. Ability to link training to business impact and objectives. Experience of driving culture and communication program Exposure to Leadership assessment tools and Developmental methodologies Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at different levels to cater to business needs Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen L&D Certifications A Startup mindset: Appetite for ambiguity Thrives in situations with no easy solution and enjoys solving problems Ability to accept failure and stay motivated until the goal is met Proactive Self-confident and Self-Driven
