Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Consultant. The Fashion Consultant will be responsible for providing product knowledge to customers, offering fashion consultation services, communicating with customers, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales. Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients in a warm, professional, and friendly manner. Understand and assess the unique needs and preferences of each client. Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business. Showcase our latest fashion collections with enthusiasm and expertise. Offer personalized styling advice to clients, helping them discover the perfect outfits. Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the store's success. Stay updated on fashion trends, product features, and brand information. Share your fashion expertise with clients, making informed product recommendations. Assist in maintaining the store's visual aesthetics and displays to create an inviting shopping environment. Qualifications: Previous experience in retail sales, with a focus on fashion, is highly desirable. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for fashion and style trends.
