Job Description



1. Risk assessments:• Office safety considering local norms and design guidelines such as NBC, IE Standards, NFPA, etc.• Maintenance of the critical utility systems as per guidelines set by the equipment manufacturer.• Conduct the predictive analysis of the critical utility systems (Electrical, Mechanical, etc.).• Prepare a detailed report and highlight the risks if identified/observed.• Provide mitigation measures to the respective team to resolve the identified risks.• Review and implementation of standard operating processes and best practices followed in the industry. 2. Infrastructure Project: • Review of design base report as per local norms and standards NBC, IE Standards, NFPA, IEEE, ASHRAE, etc.• Review the design drawings for all services like Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire & Safety, etc. as per the internal requirement and above-mentioned standards. • Finalizing the system designs considering technical specifications, capacity planning, redundancy planning to avoid a single point of failure, etc.• Participate in the meeting to brief the architect for preparing the layouts/drawings.• Review and approve all the services layouts (Electrical, mechanical, safety and security systems, etc.)3. Prepare an MIS report of utilities &Infra risk activities.4. New initiatives considering the upgrade of technology, cost benefits measures, and energy conservation. 5. Help facilities and project teams resolve onsite issues like planning maintenance activities, preparing checklists, etc.6. Provide onsite assistance to facilities and project teams during annual maintenance shutdowns or any breakdown incidents.7. Initiative for implementation of automation processes. 8. Prepare documentation and appear for industry awards/recognitions (BEE star label, Energy conservation, etc.)..
