Role-and-Responsibility
1. Assist the organisation with HR and other recruitment and hiring related tasks
2. Assist the customers with online or offline queries via calls, chats, mails or inÂ
person regarding our courses, within suggested timeline.
3. Support our current student base with respect to their concerns/feedback andÂ
maintain high level of student satisfaction.
4. Provide regular work updates to seniors, esp. in case of any prominent issue orÂ
enquiry pattern.
5. Ensure any new communication rollout is smoothly delivered to all the customerÂ
and student base.
6. To also support the admin responsibilities of the institute involving coordinationÂ
with multiple departments, daily report submissions, etc.
Required Skill Set:
1. The candidate must possess good written and excellent verbal communication skillsÂ
in English.
2. The candidate should be professional, soft spoken and have a problem solvingÂ
approach.
3. The candidate must be efficient and eager to learn, with an eye for detail as well asÂ
multi-tasking.
4.The candidate should be well versed with e-mailing and Microsoft - Excel, word
and PowerPoint
