Title: Client Servicing Executive
Location: Chennai, India
Experience: 1 Year
What will you work on
- Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and its clients, ensuring smooth communication and fostering strong relationships.
- Understand client requirements thoroughly and translate them into actionable tasks for internal teams.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the agency's services, offerings, and capabilities.
- Collaborate with various departments such as creative, digital, and content teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients based on their needs and objectives.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates to clients on project progress, performance metrics, and results achieved.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback effectively, addressing them in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in the development of proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
- Plan and execute email calendars for clients in coordination with the email design team, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication with clients and internal teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the agency by actively participating in brainstorming sessions, client meetings, and strategic planning discussions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in client servicing, preferably in a digital marketing agency environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems and meet client objectives.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in content writing with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Exceptional email writing skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, tools, and platforms is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to adapt to evolving client needs and industry trends.
- Passion for delivering exceptional client service and driving results.
