Job description
-- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
-- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
-- Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
-- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
-- Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling, feedback, and offers.
-- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
-- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
-- Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Qualifications:
-- Any Bachelor's degree
-- Proven experience as a Recruiter
-- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques
-- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
-- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
-- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
