About the Department: About the Department Retire 100 is an in house incubated platform introduced by Ecosystem Solution Group to cater to Retirement Planning. This platform enables retirement and pension POP customers to avail services related to both financial and non helps customers to plan for their happy retirement life. Some of the financial products that help users plan their retirement includes NPS, Insurance and Savings Plans, Retirement Consultants etc.
Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer specialized in creating intuitive, user friendly interfaces for both mobile and desktop applications. As a part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for crafting engaging designs that enhance user experience and usability across various platforms. Duties & Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs. Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for mobile and desktop applications that align with user goals and business objectives. Conduct user research, and usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs and user interactions iteratively. Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across platforms. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging UI/UX design technologies and incorporate them into projects. Communicate design concepts, rationale, and solutions effectively to team members and stakeholders. Requirements: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and desktop design projects. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, and Figma. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards. Ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive and visually appealing designs. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and frontend development concepts is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field is preferred.Job tags
