Location : Pune, Hyderabad and Indore, Banglore Timings : Full Time (As per company timings)Notice Period : Within 15 days or immediate joinerExperience : 4-7 YearsMust Have Skills : At least 4-5 years experience in Installing, configuring and managing RPA platform as administratorAdministrative experience in any Virtualization or Cloud platform (Azure/GCP/AWS) with RPA is mustResponsible to work towards achieving the SLA metrics and align with businessExperience is monitoring the Robots and raise Incidents for process failures based on the process criticalityShould have experience in troubleshooting, resolving RPA Environmental issues that arises Should have experience in Managing users and LicenseShould have experience in resolving Active directory, Credential vaults and Third party applications related issuesShould have experience in SQL Db related troubleshooting in the RPA platformExperience in handling Bot failures and perform RCA Knowledge of creating, assigning roles and account creation for RPA users in Control RoomExperience in hosting and upgrading RPA products for customersCoordinated and worked with RPA Product support and cloud partners for technical solutionsParticipant in daily status calls, Weekly status, and Monthly Business review meetingsSupport for bot enhancements for successful runsSkills : Bot, Cloud, Troubleshooting, AWS (ref:hirist.tech)
