Position : Business Development Manager -IT Procurement (India)
Summary :
- Seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager with over 8 years of experience in the Domestic IT Recruitment sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acquiring IT projects for the company. Responsibilities : - Drive business growth by securing new clients and IT projects within the domestic market. - Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals. - Understand client requirements and effectively pitch recruitment services tailored to their needs. - Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of suitable candidates for projects. - Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to maximize revenue and profitability. - Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to identify and capitalize on new opportunities. - Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to senior management. Requirements : - 8+ years of proven experience in business development within the domestic IT recruitment industry. - In-depth understanding of IT projects and technologies. - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships. - Results-oriented with a track record of surpassing sales targets. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
