Job description

JOB SCOPE

Role : Quality Manager

• Monitoring the quality standards of all RM received as per the RM product specification.
• Implementing FSSC 22000 v4 quality standards, SEDEX norms, and FSSAI requirements.
• Monitoring all packaging norms as per FSSAI and Legal Metrology Act guidelines.
• Maintaining all documentation as per quality guidelines along with MSDS and COA for each product.
• Monitoring and managing all testing and activities of the food Laboratory.
• Online monitoring of production and making sure that the manufacturing process meets the food safety guidelines
• Implementing HACCP and its documentation of all product lines on a daily basis.
• Conducting internal audits periodically and assisting in conducting buyer audits, FSSC 22000, and SEDEX audits at Nawanshahr and Indore units.
• Conducting training along all departments for quality standard norms.
• Train and manage a team of quality control technicians.
