Job Description: -
We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Executive/ Business Development Executive to join our team. As an Inside Sales Executive/ BDE, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing mobile app sales deals. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Responsibilities: -
· Identify potential leads and reach out to them through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and social media.
· Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and requirements.
· Present product information and benefits to potential customers.
· Negotiate and close sales deals.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
· Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
· Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer preferences and market trends.
· Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities.
Requirements: -
· Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
· Strong negotiation and closing skills.
· Self-motivated and target-driven.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
· Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
· Willingness to travel if required.
