Hiring Clinical Manager for one of clients in Bengaluru

•GNM/BSC Nursing graduate with prior 3-5 yrs experience as a nurse.
•Should be willing to travel in and around Bengaluru (Preferably from South Bengaluru)
•Should be comfortable dropping the caregivers
•Should have 2 wheeler (petrol reimbursement will be given)
•should be comfortable for Homecare unit.

Role Objective:
The Clinical Manager will be the face of the company during the visits for the Patient Assessments. Responsible to assess the patient at their residence or any said location and ensure the requirement is captured and communicated to the respective business vertical.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Undertake assessment at the residence or location of patients within 24 hours of the lead being shared
•Maintain a deep understanding of the customer needs
•Exemplify outstanding customer service to all clients in all interaction.
•Adhere to and express the mission, vision and values of the organization
•Protect client information and maintain strict confidentiality at all times
•Maintain / publish approved reports as required by the management
•Undertake any other additional responsibilities required by the organization
•Collaborate with the team to implement and evaluate improvements
Follow-up with clients to seek feedback
•Support in training program of Care Assistant/ Nurses as per module
•Handle patient queries and assist the team in solving issues.
•Second in charge for the Nursing department during the absence of Nurse Manager
•Conduct regular compliance audit at the center
•Compliance with data entry into HIS on regular basis and updating of patient files.
