. Graduate in Accounting/ Finance
. Strong domain with 4 to 6 years of accounting experience covering Month-end close, Journal posting, reconciliations, etc.
. Able to work independently on time sensitive deliverable during close period
. Ability to create & maintain process documentation . Strong verbal and written communication skills
. Advance skills with MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
. Ability to deep dive in process to identify improvement opportunities
