Your key responsibilities
Lead Technical Writer/PM – for large projects Prepares kick-off, status, and closing reports Reviews the status of projects and budgets Manages schedules Monitors the project from initiation through delivery Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives Project Portfolio Management Supporting sales in client meetings, scoping projects, providing budget estimates Identifying and making recommendations for process and tool improvements that increase the efficiency and productivity of our team Managing and coordinating workflow with offsite locations. Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects Skills and attributes for success Ability to learn quickly and to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change Strong attention to detail Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Provide thought leadership on the design and implementation of technical documentation Ability to design and maintain document templates and document lifecycles Document complex technical topics and processes into formats useful to laymen To qualify for the role, you must have Education/degrees: Advanced degree in Technical Communications, Technical Writing, English or related discipline, or Equivalent work experience Project Management Method (Prince2, PMI,..)
