Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative at The Sanrock Hotel Amman. The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and expanding the hotel's customer base by building relationships with potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Representative will also be responsible for generating leads, maintaining a CRM system, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
- Experience using CRM software to manage leads and sales
- Good organization and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
