Position Name : BF Mechanical Head
Experience : min 15 Years Grade : M4/M3
Qualification : BE/ B.Tech(Mechanical) Overall knowledge of equipment of an Integrated Steel Plant
Role & Responsibilities: Ensure Environment, health and safety, hygiene at workplace with Zero harm, Zero discharge and zero waste and compliance as per the set standards for better efficiency and functioning.
To ensure uptime & consumption cost in line with the ABP.
Making Plan for Maintenance of BF equipment's.
Preventive & Break down Maintenance of BF equipment's for smooth functioning.
Maintaining the process spares and consumables, Raising PR etc.
Co-ordination with other shift In- Charges (Operation and Maintenance other department) for smooth operation of the plant.
Manpower planning and facilitate their training and development programme.
Focussing on improvement initiatives and analysis of failures (Like RCA, FEMA / MTBF/ MTTR) Asset.
Achieving machine availability, reducing electrical, Instrumentation breakdown and failure of equipments, ensure adherence to maintenance schedules. Review of PM schedules and shutdown jobs.
Ensuring right quality of Maintenance activities and Analysis. Spares Planning and availability to improve the product efficiency.
Capacity Utilization of Equipment's & Manpower Utilization along with people development.
Co-ordination with other shift In- Charges (Operation and Maintenance other department) for smooth operation of the plant.
Manpower planning and facilitate their training and development programme.
Planning and budgeting, inventory control in co-ordination with suppliers and customers for smooth functioning and achieving of target.
Good knowledge of Quality System , Legal Requirements , safety and environmental Procedures , 5S management System and Asset optimization.
