About the Company:
We are hiring for a leading Architectural firm based in the USA and looking for a BPO Executive to join our team in India. The company specializes in building drawings and design solutions for a wide range of clients.
Job location: Chennai Anna Nagar
Work Timing: General Shift
Work from office
Job Responsibilities:
- Read and analyze building drawings to identify any discrepancies or issues ( Civil Drawing) Cad
- Interact with US-based counterparts and operational managers to discuss project requirements and deadlines
- Ensure that all work is carried out in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to the highest quality standards
- Communicate effectively with US-based team members to ensure smooth delivery of projects
- Collaborate with US-based operational managers to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Respond to inquiries from US-based clients and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure that all projects are completed in accordance with the highest standards of quality and professionalism
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read and understand building drawings and schematics
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Previous experience in a BPO or customer service role is preferred
