Job description
Years of exp: 6 to 8 years
CTC Range: Please give CTC the range of 12 to 14 LPA Kindly give a 25 to 30% hike from the current CTC and give CTC according to experience.
Location: WTC Chennai
Experience: Overall 6 years of experience in Agile Framework
Core Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint planning Daily stand up Retro & Demo)
2. Excellent knowledge of Scrum & kanban process
3. Coach team members on Agile values & principles
4. Define & implement the agile process in the team.
5. Familiar with DevOps/other tools
6. Implement a Project management process to measure & update the progress.
7. Establish strong client relationships to run the project smoothly.
8. Communicate the project progress to key stakeholders.
9. Timely coordination & expedition of the deliverables
10. Define KPI for the team track & update the status of stakeholders
