Job Title : Architect

Location : Mumbai

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. The Senior

Architect will play a key role in leading design teams, managing client relationships, and

overseeing all phases of the design process from concept development to construction

administration

Responsibilities:

Architectural Design Leadership:

• Lead the architectural design process from conceptualization to construction documentation.
• Develop innovative and functional design solutions that meet project requirements and
• exceed client expectations.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to understand project goals, objectives, and constraints.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and

quality standards.

• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to integrate architectural

designs with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.

• Conduct regular project meetings, site visits, and inspections to monitor progress and resolveany design or construction issues.
• Design Documentation:
• Prepare and review construction documents, including architectural drawings, specifications,and material selections.
• Ensure all documentation complies with relevant building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements.
• Mentorship and Collaboration:
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to junior architects and design team members.
• Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong design skills and a portfolio demonstrating a range of project types and scales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
