As a Tender Specialist based in Noida you will play a crucial role in the organizations procurement and business development activities. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the endtoend tender process ensuring the successful preparation submission and negotiation of bids. This role requires a detailoriented individual with strong analytical communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tender Preparation:

Analyze tender documents to understand client requirements.

Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for tender responses.

Prepare comprehensive and competitive tender submissions ensuring adherence to deadlines.

2. Bid Management:

Coordinate and manage the entire bid process including creating a timeline assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion.

Conduct thorough reviews of tender documents to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop winning strategies and value propositions.

3. Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure all tender submissions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Conduct quality checks on tender responses to ensure accuracy completeness and professionalism.

Implement best practices for tender documentation and continuously improve the quality of submissions.

4. Negotiation and Contract Award:

Engage in negotiations with clients addressing queries and concerns.

Collaborate with legal teams to review and finalize contracts in compliance with company policies.

Monitor and report on the status of tender submissions providing updates to relevant stakeholders.

5. Market Research and Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitor activities.

Conduct research to identify potential business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Provide insights to support business development strategies.

6. Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients government agencies and key stakeholders.
