Job description
1.Monitor employee activities and provide guidance where needed.
2. Manage the call center to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives.
3. Responsible for meeting sales target and KRA's for the team.
4.Create and send reports to the Director of Operations.
5.Coordinate staff schedules, training and onboarding.
6.Conduct quality control tests to ensure organization standards are being met.
7.Relevant Industry experience is mandatory.
8.Prior BPO/ KPO/ ITES/ Call Centre Operations Experience is must.
9.Problem-solving abilities that adapt to a variety of situations.
10.Overseeing day-to-day activities in the facility
11.Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
12.Proficiency with enterprise resource planning platforms
13. Encourage a positive work environment and culture for all employees
14. Implement safety programs and ensure compliance with all safety policies
