Job description
Essential Functions:
- Develop the overall product roadmap for the ServiceNow Platform that supports feature enhancements and drives business capability through technology
- Responsible for prioritizing product backlog in conjunction with business stakeholders and technical team members
- Manage communications with stakeholders across the board, including business leaders, technical team and the development team to ensure the goals are clear and the vision is aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and strategy
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and strategy.
- Develop and prioritize product features and enhancements.
- Oversee product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in end-to-end product development on the ServiceNow platform
- Experience in ITSM Pro, must have
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Servicenow Certifications, highly preferred
- Proven ability to translate customer needs into product requirements
- Demonstrated ability to create a vision, strategy and roadmap
