Job Description Role Description: The Technical Program Manager(TPM) - DSA role is a full-time on-site position located in Sonipat. The TPM will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA). The day-to-day tasks include developing course materials, delivering lectures, conducting assessments, and providing feedback to students. The TPM will also collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the curriculum and learning experience for students. Key Responsibility Areas: Course Development and Planning Owning and running labs Cross-Functional Team Collaboration Owning up Academic Success Tutoring and Student Support Stakeholder Management Willingness to work in Sonipat, Delhi NCR. Qualifications: Strong knowledge and expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms Experience in teaching or mentoring students in DSA is a plus Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience in developing course materials and assessments Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field Experience in working with industry-standard tools and technologies Knowledge of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence is a plus Perks and Benefits: Market Competitive Salaries/ Stipend Research Opportunities and industry collaborations Inculcate research and innovation in students, help Rishihood university to do cutting-edge work in the computer science department.
