Manager – Kitchen & Bath, India

As Manager – K&B at Quantra, you play a crucial role in spearheading strategic alliances within the kitchen industry, focusing on partnerships with kitchen manufacturers, designers, and retailers in India. This role demands a blend of market insight, sales prowess, and the ability to act as both a trusted advisor to our partners and an inspirational leader for our sales team, guiding them to exceed our ambitious sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities •

Lead targeted outreach to pivotal players in the kitchen industry, establishing and nurturing relationships that position Quantra as a key partner for kitchen projects. • Understand the specific needs of kitchen manufacturers, designers, and retailers with a strategic, customized approach. • Direct strategic exploration of new business opportunities within the kitchen sector. Employ expert market analysis to develop innovative solutions that meet the unique specifications and ambitions of kitchen projects, ensuring Quantra’s products are in perfect harmony with industry needs. • Champion the ambition to not only meet but surpass sales targets, setting a benchmark for success and accountability within the business development team, ensuring every strategy aligns with Quantra’s overall sales goals. • Enhance Quantra’s engagement initiatives, leading efforts in product knowledge dissemination, professional seminars, and digital marketing strategies to significantly boost brand recognition and penetration in the kitchen industry. • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the latest innovations in kitchen design and materials, effectively communicating these advancements to both clients and the sales team, underscoring Quantra’s value in sophisticated kitchen projects. • Implement a consultative sales approach, deeply analysing the unique challenges and objectives of kitchen industry clients to develop tailored solutions, driving the sales team towards delivering comprehensive, client-centric proposals. • Keep a finger on the pulse of the kitchen industry, monitoring trends, competitive dynamics, and technological innovations, and translating these insights into actionable strategies for sales growth and product innovation. • Act as Quantra’s brand ambassador at key kitchen industry events and trade shows, expanding the company’s professional network and influence within the kitchen sector.

Qualifications and Work Experience 1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field that complements the kitchen industry focus. 2. A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in business development, with a strong track record in the kitchen or building materials, or related sectors.

Skills and Competencies 1. Deep understanding of the kitchen industry, including trends, design principles and consumer preferences. 2. Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex solutions effectively across various levels of business. 3. Strategic mindset, with a proven record of steering business development teams towards achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive landscape.
