Job Overview

As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients and ensuring their safe and efficient handling. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Rural, Karnataka, India, and is suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in phlebotomy. Qualifications and Skills

• Certification in phlebotomy or related field.
• Proven experience as a Phlebotomist, preferably with 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using electronic health records.
• Willingness to stay updated with current trends and advancements in phlebotomy.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collect blood samples from patients using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of patient information and labels associated with blood samples.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Prepare specimens for laboratory testing and process samples for analysis.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols to minimize the risk of infection or injury.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and address any concerns or questions.
• Adhere to strict quality control and quality assurance measures.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and test results.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and laboratory staff to ensure seamless patient care.
