This role is all about attracting, developing, motivating and retaining high performing and happy team members from recruiting the right company DNA, getting people off to a flying start and providing operational best practice advice across the full spectrum of HR, through to creating and maintaining a diverse dynamic workplace-culture that supports high-performance and innovation leading to accomplishment of desired results for Fitnosphere (and its affiliates) in Bengaluru/India.
From generating pipeline to maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate, you manage the entire candidate process. By leveraging your knowledge of our hiring needs and search requirements, you effectively match candidates with the roles in which they will be most successful.
About You:
What you ll be doing:
- Determine hiring approach, develop advertising content, manage job postings and respond to resumes.
- Develop and Manage candidate pipeline/database and respond to queries coming into the People mailbox.
- Manage requisition process from various departments/business verticals internally.
- Support interview process, run recruitment days and manage Central interview process.
- Educate managers on the competitive market and trends and work together to develop solutions to any skill shortages.
- Update org-charts and workforce plans (including vacancies, FTEs, sourcing costs and time-to-fill).
- Support scoping of new positions and source recruitment platforms/partners (tech non-tech) where needed.
- Oversee contracts/agreements issue(pertaining to Dept), new starter packs, background reference checks etc.
- Oversee probation period performance diagnostics quality bench-marking.
- Provide support to activities such as the evaluation process, induction, mentoring and succession planning.
- Assist in the review of training and development needs at Fitnosphere its affiliates.
- Prepare and deliver training-programs as required.
- Provide advice and coaching on employment conditions, retention, company policy procedure interpretation and performance management.
- Oversee health insurance, payroll, pay-review process, salary bench-marking, bonus/other benefit plans, and continued upskilling/education.
- Monitor, update and review all mandatory (state national) regulatory people/labor policies and guidelines for relevant industry/ sector specific.
- Support people experience culture satisfaction surveys and 360 team reviews.
- Prepare HR KPI's/stats for regular internal analysis.
- Oversee leaver processes, exit interviews and prepare stats for regular internal analysis.
- Monitor quarterly award nominations, anniversary milestones and support people activeness awards.
- Provide and adhere to all aspects of mandatory government/regulatory reporting requirements.
- Monitor job ads and advertised pay and benefits of competitors.
- Ensure individual people-files/records are continually updated with relevant information.
- Use templates for letters, file notes and performance plans.
- Undertake key HR projects as directed by the National People Culture Manager/Head.
What we re looking for:
- Minimum 7+ years hands-on HR generalist experience with a proven ability to build solid and lasting stakeholder relationships
- Commercially oriented with a Bachelors in HR
- Demonstrated personal accountability and integrity.
- Hands-on Experience in working independently on various new-age social-media / technology platforms on sourcing, engaging (Employer-Branding) attracting diverse talent pool across disciplines (Senior Management to Front-end), delivering high tangible results.
- Experience working with a high profile product/services consumer brand (ideally retail or hospitality, but open to explore from other consumer-facing oriented sector/industry)
- Experience with handling sensitive information with discretion empathy
- Ability to adapt with fast changing work dynamics schedules as we evolve
- Experience in a multi-site business environment ability to travel on requirement, is desirable.
- Local language communication proficiency desired
