We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Skill Development Trainer to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify skill gaps and customise training programs for clients. Design and deliver engaging training sessions focusing on soft skill development, including thinking skills, speaking skills and working skills. Adapt training methodologies to meet the unique needs of diverse audiences, including founders, c-suite executives, VPs, directors, managers, and consultants. Collaborate with clients to understand organisational objectives and tailor training solutions accordingly. Provide expert guidance on integrating soft skill development into professional growth strategies. Develop and maintain positive relationships with learners through effective communication and responsiveness. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance training content and delivery. Contribute to the creation of training materials and resources supporting skill development initiatives. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Skill Development Trainer or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of soft skill development, with a focus on cognitive, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences. Strong presentation and facilitation abilities. Analytical mindset to identify individual and organizational training needs. Commitment to continuous learning and staying informed about industry trends. Flexibility to adapt training approaches to meet the unique challenges of each audience.Job tags
