Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Associate HR Generalist. The role involves managing HR policies, employee benefits, and benefits administration. The Associate HR Generalist will be responsible for HR management and assisting in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and Benefits Administration skills
- Experience in managing HR policies and employee benefits
- Strong knowledge of HR Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
- MBA in Human Resources.
- Min 6 months to 1 yr experience.
- CTC 2.4 L Per Annum
Relevant experience in the logistics industry would be beneficial.
